  • How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

Each Ruta piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • USPS Ground: typically 5–7 business days, though actual delivery may vary  

  • USPS Priority: 3-5 business days  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, or peak seasons, and transit times cannot be guaranteed.

 

  • My tracking says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

We understand how concerning this can be. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping service. If this happens, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local post office directly with your tracking number

While Ruta is not responsible for packages lost in transit, we are always happy to support you by providing any shipping information you may need.

 

  • What happens if my package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address?

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item is received back, we can arrange a reshipment after the reshipping cost has been covered by the customer.

  • Order number

  • Correct shipping address

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Ruta proudly offers worldwide shipping 

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Please note that:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Delivery times may vary by country

  • Are all pieces handmade?

Yes. Every Ruta piece is handcrafted with intention, one at a time. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the beauty and uniqueness of each design.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us — we believe in thoughtful solutions and meaningful customer care.
